On Saturday's from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. we auction value grade items and then at 6:00 p.m. we auction new, lightly used, estate level antique, decorator pieces, collector pieces, vehicles, firearms, fine china, furs, pianos, furniture, taxidermy and all other premium grade items. Saturday's auctions last until about 8:00 to 9:00 p.m.

QUESTION: Can I preview your estate sale auction inventory?

If you are a new bidder and have never registered at our estate sale by auction please tell the clerk that you are a new bidder so that you may be entered into our system, this initial registration process only takes approximately one minute. After our clerk enters you into our system you will be issued a bidder number, this number is only good for the sale date which it has been issued.

QUESTION: How do I bid on an item that I am interested in?

ANSWER: During our estate sale auction you will hold your yellow bidder card high in the air when an item that you are interested in is up for bid. You must hold your card in the air, not wave your hand but hold your card in the air. Our auciton staff is looking for yellow cards in the air, not an empty hand. Nodding, winking your eye, tipping your hat and other gestures are not considered bidding, only a yellow bidder card held high in the air. Keep your card held high in the air while the auctioneer calls out bid prices, if the price grows beyond what you intend to bid on then drop your card and quit bidding. The last card in the air is the high bidder and the winning bid.

QUESTION: How do I know if I won the item that I bid on?

ANSWER: Our estate sale by auction auctioneer will call out your number as the winning bid, keep your yellow card raised high in the air so that he can read your winning bid number to our sales clerk, once he announces your number over the microphone you can drop your card and celebrate as the new owner of the item.

QUESTION: How do I pay for the items that I won?

ANSWER: The cashier willa accept, cash, check or credit card payment. Present your yellow bidding card to our cashier at the end of our auciton or when you are ready to pay. You must pay for all items that you one on the day of the auction, without exception.

QUESTION: How do I know where the items that I won are at the end of the auction?

ANSWER: Bidders should keep an eye on where the items that they win are placed as the items sell. Some bidders keep a written log of the items that they win and where the staff places them after they cross the auction block. Small higher bid and higher value items are placed in our smalls room, furniture is placed in the perimeter gallery areas, boxed lots are placed in the roped off area in the rear of our gallery. Some items such.

QUESTION: Do you have help loading items?

ANSWER: Yes, we have loading staff available at the end of each auciton. The staff are wearing black shirts with ORLANDO ESTATE AUCTION printed in blue ink. Bidders who intend to purchase alot of items may stage their truck or trailer at the rear lot behind our auction facility and it will be marked with your bidding number. In these cases a credit card is on file and the items are loaded directly into your trailer as they cross teh auciton block. We ask that bidders who are "loading" have someone to man your truck or trailer and our staff will deliver the "loading" items to that person who in turn will load them into your vehicle.

Anyone violating this rule will be asked to leave and never return.

QUESTION: Do you have a returns policy?

ANSWER: All items are purchased "as is" with no returns accepted. This poilicy is in place to assure a quick liquidation of our consignors estates. We do make exceptions on some large appliances. If an item is one of thos exceptions it will be announced that the items is "guaranteed" at the time of sale. For these items we will honor a return within 48 hours of the sale, providing enough time to install and test the item at your location. When we offer a "guarantee" on an item, we have tested that item prior to removing it from the house of the consigned estate.

QUESTION: can children attend an estate sale auction?

ANSWER: Children may attend but this not advised for children below 18 years old. If a child becomes noisy, cries or is misbehaving it will disrupt the flow our our action and we will stop the auciton and ask you to remove your children from the gallery. If this happens we ask that you do not bring your children again. Repeat offenders will be banned from our acutions forever. As a general rule, an estate auciton is no place for young children just as a bouncy house is no place for grown adults.

ANSWER: There are multiple parking spaces on the south side of our building. Many spaces are marked with business names other than Orlando Estate Auctions. During our auction preview and auctions you may park in any of these spaces. DO not park in the handicap spaces unless you have appropriate credentials. There is overflow parking and large vehicle parking on the north side of our auction facility. If you park on the north side of our facility DO NOT PARK in front of any large loading bay roll up doors. The other businesses in our warehouse park need to have full access to their loading bay doors.
